What are the restrictions on Level One Rank?

Two (2) Level One ranks in the Triad Timeline. Members may not have more than one Weyrleader or Lord Holder. Members may not have two Level Ones at the same Hold/Hall combination location (example, having the Lord Holder and the Printer Hallmaster, both at Topaz Sea Hold).

** Special Note: A member may only have one Weyrleader -OR- one Weyrwoman, not one of each, anywhere in the Triad Timeline.
