Onion (White Bulb)

Healer use: Onions are used for colds, hay fever, watery eyes, sneezing, and nasal discharge, and allergies. They are useful in treating earaches and headaches, as well as toothaches. Some people use them for laryngitis, coughs, or as a mouthwash.

Cooking use: Onions are used as a pungent flavoring to meats, stews, and tubers.
