Tarragon

Flowers: greenish flowers
Height: grows to 1m

Healer use: Leaf tea stimulates the appetite and aids digestion. Chewing the leaves can numb taste buds before taking bitter medicine. The root can treat toothache.

Cooking use: Leaves are used to flavor savory foods and poultry.
