Female crafters at the Weyr

Female crafters are allowed at all Weyrs. The Weyr crafters are not usually affiliated with any Hall (aside from males who do occasionally get assigned), and often see fit to train girls and women who run away to the Weyr from wherever they'd lived holdwise.
