Things have been quiet and peaceful at the Vintner Hall for a long time. Apprentices have been learning, journeymen teaching and masters overseeing. Keayd, for example, taught his apprentices - amongst which was Rohagelen - on the subject of filters.

Things are about to stir, though. With the old Hallmaster stepping down, Master Rayan has found himself a likely candidate for the created vacancy. He and his wife Bethila nervously await the outcome of the next meeting of Masters. Should he be elected, he has some plans in store that will surely bring excitement to the Hall.
