Famell is settling into his new position as Hallmaster and has made his rounds to some of the classes. While there, he observes and talks with Milga, one of his apprentice dolphineers. Having heard she was a tad behind in her regular studies he pulls her aside for a meeting to discuss some options to help get her caught up with her peers.

Also, Qorri, from Dolphin Cove Weyr, has searched out and found a new Headwoman for the Hall. Jylanya agrees to take the position on after meeting with the Hallmaster. How well will she be able to whip the hall into shape once again?
