The Dolphin Hall suffered a major storm which saw the iconic Dolphin Hall Lighthouse toppled. In the wake of the storm, Hallmaster Thayde and his Hallsecond, Cazavin, work to rebuild what was lost.

In more personal matters, Thayde and Enamra try to reclaim their relationship as they reflect on yet another miscarriage.

Cazavin checks in with his daughter, Catissa, on the eve of her brother's Search to offer her reassurance.
