Mid month 4 newly promoted journeyman Ednan's relationship with greenrider Aileyan is discovered by journeywoman Trellyn after months of the dolphineer journeywoman keeping her own relationship with the then-apprentice a secret. As a result Trellyn asks the Hallmaster for a posting away from the Hall - she doesn't care where - and accepts the job as dock master at the Weyr. It isn't far away but she hopes it will be far enough.

Early in month 5 Leisenn is out for an evening swim when she meets up with apprentice Westni who is exercising by rowing around the bay in the evenings after her study is done.

By early month 3 the problems in Ednan's personal life are affecting his work and Hallsecond Taraglan asks to see him. The result is another posting out of the Hall - this time further away to the Healer Hall and for at least three months.
