K'mai hummed a rather lewd song to himself as he walked down the hall.
The song stopped mid note when he saw a familiar face. "Kitali!"
The harper stopped dead her tracks at the sound of her name echoing against the hall walls. She turned and a smile graced her lips when she saw who it was that called her. "Hello K'mai. Were you looking for me?"
"No. But I was lucky enough to find you anyway." He stopped near her and leaned against the wall, smiling.
"Is that so?" Kitali chuckled, placing her hands upon her hips and regarding the bluerider. "It's nice to see someone so happy to see me. Surely there is a reason behind it."
"I'm always happy to see a pretty face." He winked.
"I'm always happy to oblige." Kitali stated with a laugh. "So what are you up to today, besides looking for pretty faces?"
"I was on my way to visit Y'lav in the infirmary. He got scored last Fall. And tonight I have a dragonpoker game with some wingmates," he said.
"You'd better watch yourself." Kitali cautioned with a smile.
"Remember what happened last time you played poker?"
K'mai laughed. "I _still_ haven't figured out what happened to my pants."
"I think that's one mystery better left unsolved!" Kitali didn't even want to think about what happened to his pants. "Be careful - next time you might lose more than your pants!"
"A pair of pants -- even a whole outfit -- is a small price to pay for a night like that." K'mai smiled. "You should come tonight. Have someone watch the kids and let loose for a little while."
One corner of Kitali's lips turned up, but she shook her head. "You know I'm not into that sort of thing, K'mai. Thanks for the invitation anyway, though."
He shrugged. "Sure."
"Well, I should go." Kitali indicated the path she had originally planned to take down the hallway. "Talvan and Lidrin will probably be wondering where I am."
"See you around, Kitali." K'mai smiled.
