Picnic to the Sea shore, part 1/2

Description: Fieyaz takes Alrog to see the Ocean.

Date: month 12, day 7 of Turn 4

Alrog reached the spot at the road side where he had agreed to meet
Fieayz. He had a bag back with him and he felt excited and nervous at the
same time. They were going to do a trip the the sea, a trip they had
talked about before and he was expecting it eagerly. She had
promised to arrange the transportation.

It didn't take long. Fieayz waved from the air as the brown dragon she was
sat on came into land. "My Uncle offered to take us."

"Great!" Alrog cheered. He did remember his manners and bowed to the
dragon. "My duty to you."

"Thank you young man," replied the brownrider. From the message his neice
had sent, he seemed to be a decent sort, and with a good hold as well,
Jayzine would approve if nothing else. "There's room for you up here as
well, and it's only a short hop to the sun and the sand."

"Thank you for taking us," Alrog said when he climbed up bit clumsily. He
had not much experience in dragon riding.

"When you're ready we'll go /between/."

Before the brownrider could say any more Fieayz interrupted. "I'm ready now."

"I know you are, but lets wait for your young man."

Alrog settled behind Fieayz, attached himself and his bag to the
straps. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes. He thought he would
never be ready but said anyway: "I'm ready."

It really was only a few moments in the air before the equally brief jump
/between/ to the beach. The cold giving way to the warmth of the sun. "Oh,
its gorgeous here!" excalimed Fieayz.

Alrog had kept his eyes tightly shut whole the time and now dared to open
them and look around. He let out a delighted gasp.

"Thank you," said Fieayz to her Uncle. "We appreciate this."

Alrog was quick to dismount and he watched around in awe. "What a
great place," he sighed.

"It's a place Edverth and I found," explained the brownrider. "And we'll
leave you too it. You just send me your Arva when you want to go back."
