Characters: Kustaava, An'dr
Description: Kustaava makes a man out of An'dr.
Location: River Bluff Weyr
Date: month 10, day 12 of Turn 3

Ever since their little trip to the snow, An'dr had been thinking of Kustaava and the kisses that they had shared. And he wanted to do it again.

}:It made you happy?:{ questioned the blue. To the dragon, if his rider was happy, he was too.

**Yes, I liked it, and I like her.**

After finishing her chores in the kitchen for the day, Kustaava wanted to take a walk in a beach. She had always loved the ocean, her fondest childhood memories were picnic's to the beach. She found a quiet spot, removed her shoes and sat down to watch the waves, burying her toes into the sand.

Deciding that one thing he could do was go look for the girl, An'dr headed down to the beach also. He walked slowly down to where the waves lapped at the shore, not really looking around him until he got to the water's edge.

Kustaava noticed the young bluerider. "Hi, An'dr!" she called with friendly wave of her hand.

An'dr turned with a start, not recognising the voice at first. But when he saw Kustaava, a smile crossed his face. "Hello," he said, going to sit beside her.

"How you're been?" Ava asked, leaning her chin against her knees.

"So, so," he said, stretching his legs out, licking his bootheels in the sand. Suddenly he felt a little awkward, what did he say to a girl like this?

"Are you in fighting wings yet?" Ava asked, just to get him talk.

"Soon, I will be soon, I'm sixteen now." An'dr looked at her. "The Weyrlingmaster says that when there is a spot for me, they'll move me over."

"I'm just waiting for the next hatching," Ava said, "and keeping busy in the kitchen." She showed him her hand, all wrinkled from washing dishes.

"Your hands shouldn't be like that," he said, taking it in his.

"That's kitchen works for you" Ava shrugged. His touch woke up a warm glow inside her.

The question running through the lad's mind was dare he kiss her again. She might run, or slap him with his free hand, but in any case, he decided to risk it, leaning in to plant a gentle kiss on her lips.

Ava smiled tenderly at the bluerider. She liked him, and his uncertainity. It was so cute and endearing. Not like some cocky young riders who just wanted the one thing. Well, Ava wanted it too, but on her terms.

"Was that okay?" he asked.

"It was great," the candidate girl assured him.

"Can I, can I kiss you again?"

"Feel like you need more practise?" Ava asked teasingly.
"And you can kiss my anytime."

He did, this time with a little more passion, beginning to put his heart into it.

Ava lifted her hand behind his head, her fingers stroking the finer hairs at his neck.

It felt good, just kissing a girl like this, thought An'dr. He moved slightly, shifting his position so that he coud reach to explore her body a little.

Ava whispered encouragements into his ear and let her own hands roam over the bluerider's body.

"That feels good," he said after a while.

"I does, doesn't it." Kustaava smiled softly and sensually to him.

His hands roamed a bit further, touching and caressing gently. "Is that okay?"

"Yes," Ava breathed. "You'll know when it isn't, that's when you get slapped." She was starting to have difficulties staying cohorent.

"Tell me when to stop then, " he said bending his head to kiss her again.

"If you wait for me to say stop, you have to go all the way through it..." Ava said.

All the way? The words slowly penetrated, where he had been brought up, that was something reserved for marriage. Now he was at the weyr, well, things were different, but he wasn't sure... "Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure. It wouldn't be first time for me."

"B...but it would be mine..."

"Don't worry, I quide you through it. You're doing just fine," Ava reassured him.

"If you're sure," he said, wishing he didn't sound quite so nervous.

"Yes, I'm sure. Come on, let's get some clothes off the way," Kustaava said and tugged eagerly his belt.

~~*~~

When An'dr rolled off from top of her, Kustaava just laid there, eyes half-closed, trying to catch her breath. "Oh, that felt so good. Thank you An'dr," she murmured.

"It felt good to me, too," he said, feeling tired, yet good. "Thank you too."

"Now you are a real dragonrider," Ava said and gave him a little kiss. She was too worn down for anything else.

He reached out to hold her close, he didn't think words were needed anymore.
