Examples

• Below you will find examples of what a single dragonrider's schedule could be like for one sevenday. They wouldn't have the exact same schedule each week as Wingleaders rotate wing drills, sweep duties, transportation duty, and watch duty. Most likely a dragonrider pair goes on sweep from each Wing each day of the week to different areas - so just because your 1 dragonrider only has 1 day of sweeps for the upcoming week, doesn't mean no one is going on sweep rides the other days :)

• Also note, the assigned duty might not take the entire block of time. "Exercise" for example, may only take your dragonridr 1hr of their morning time, and then they would have the other hours to spend however they choose. Or maybe your dragonrider likes to wash her dragon in the morning and exercise in the evening!

Non-Rank, Non-Crafter Dragonrider

This is a random greenrider's schedule for the week. She holds no other rank and does not have a craft.

Dragonrider-Crafter

• Remember, dragonriders have a duty to the Weyr before a duty to their craft, so crafter-dragonriders would still be expected to complete basic dragonrider duties (wing drills, threadfall, sweeps, transportation). Again, this is just 1 week of 1 dragonrider's schedule - there may be weeks when they only have 1 or 2 days to work in their craft.

• Threadfall Note: Green/Blue dragons that fly half of fall, may be healer/dragonhealers who help in the infirmaries during the 2nd half of Threadfall)

Wingleader

• This is an example of 1 Wingleader's upcoming week. Each Wingleader has the authority to schedule his Wing's drills, duties, and meetings as he sees fit. Your Wingleader's schedule may look completely different!

Weyrlingmaster

• Weyrlingmaster's have the luxury of rotating their schedules with their Weyrling staff. They don't have to teach every class every day - the schedule can rotate through the members of the Weyrling team. WLMs are also in charge of overseeing Candidate classes, while the Headwoman assigns them chores. This is an example of what 1 sevenday might look like for a Weyrlingmaster.

Weyrleader

• Weyrleader schedules will vary greatly as it is their duty to devise the overall strategy for the entire Weyr in its preparation and defense against Thread. This is just a snapshot of what 1 week could be like for a Weyrleader.

Goldriders

• Goldriders who are not Weyrwoman's Second or Weyrwoman's Wingthird will have duties that depend on the Weyrwoman. She will assign the goldriders their duties. This is just a snapshot of what a goldrider's schedule could be like. This schedule would alter when a goldrider has a clutch on the Sands. She would not attend Wing drills, but would schedule other administrative work instead.

Weyrwoman

• The Weyrwoman oversees the living conditions of a Weyr. "Office hours" are set aside blocks of time when anyone may ask to meet with her for a need or request. This schedule would alter when she has a clutch on the Sands. She would not attend Wing drills, but would schedule other administrative work instead.
