Mid-month 10 journeywoman Trellyn's gold firelizard rose to mate and everything would have been (almost) fine if one special apprentice hadn't stopped to ask her what was wrong!

While Hallmaster Mosler is agreeing with his healer about what this latest heart attack will mean for the Hall, on the other side of the Southern Continent master dolphineer Leisenn is getting some news about her unexpected promotion into his place. A few days later Leisenn enjoys teasing an envious enemy about her promotion.

Master of Apprentices Mahantan talks to apprentice Alydelle about her progress at the Hall after she delivers some reports but the shy young woman isn't very forthcoming. However, when journeyman smith Mordin pays the apprentice a little attention she is flattered enough to agree to meet him on the beach after the evening meal.

In the fourth sevenday journeywoman Kateena is thrilled to feel her baby moving and calls her husband in to share the moment. Although excited Swift is more concerned about Kateena's light-headedness and, remembering the loss of his first wife, he insists she sees the healers.

A new Hallmaster is heading for the Hall. Are you ready to copost with her and with the former Hallmaster who will be retiring but staying at the Hall?
