J'ackt

Scanning the dining cavern, Cosani spotted her target sitting alone as
usual. And with a sulky look on his face. Mmm... it did look good on
him.

She sat down next to J'ackt. "So... senior weyrling," she said with a
devilish grin.

He looked up, turned as the seat next to him was taken, but relaxed
when he saw who it was. His lips lifted slowly. "Yeah. Senior
weyrling." He recognized that smile, even having only seen it a few
times.

"Heard about that fight you were in and the digging you had to do."
She brushed a finger against his arm. "Thought maybe you had some
frustration to burn off."

He watched the finger on his arm, the skin prickling, then met her
gaze. "Finished the digging and the fight." His teeth flashed. He
remembered very clearly just how skilled she was in burning off his
frustration. "Are you hoping I'm frustrated, Cosani?"

She tilted her head. "Mmm-hmm." Taking her finger from his arm, she
moved it to his thigh. "Are you?" Though she had other men to have fun
with, J'ackt wasn't quite like anyone else and she'd found herself
counting the days until he was off restrictions.

The feeling of her hand on his thigh perked up his...interest. His
eyes slid down her and then slowly back up. "It's definitely there.
And growing by the moment." His smile widened and his eyes sparkled
with hints of growing lust. "When would you be free to help me with
that?"

"After dinner. What about you?" She wouldn't mind skipping the meal
and taking him up to her weyr right now, but food was fuel.

"I'm free." He agreed easily, then offered her a thick slice of his
bread. "In your weyr or mine?"

She considered for a moment, taking a bite of the bread. "I haven't
seen yours yet."

He could count the people who had seen his weyr on one hand. He
considered her and then shrugged. "There's not much to it, but if you
like."

"There's a bed, right?" She was using both hands to eat now, but she
nudged her shoulder against his. "That's all we need. Although..." Her
eyes danced. "We could make do with the floor. Or a table." Her body
heated just thinking about it.

His brows shot up at the insinuation and he let his hand drop under
the table to slowly caress her thigh. "Well, we're in luck. I have all
three available." J'ackt's eyes glinted with his own ideas. "Shards,
we have the entire weyr if you want...and my bathing pool."

She flashed him a grin. "I see I've got your imagination going."

His hand slid up her thigh a bit higher. "You seem to prod it into
action." He glanced at her plate. "You know, we can take the food to
the weyr."

She eyed it for a moment, then picked it up with a grin. "Take my cup.
I'll eat on the way." She never had been a patient person.

J'ackt rose, scooping up her cup and led her out of the dining hall,
one hand on her lower back. "We can send for more later if we have
to."

A little shiver of anticipation went down her spine. "Ooh, planning to
keep me there for a while?"

He felt the shiver and his eyes warmed as he slipped his hand around
her hips. "Shaffing right I am. If you can keep up."

Cosani flashed him a wicked grin. "You're the one that has to worry
about keeping... up."

One brow arched as his pace increased slightly. "I've never had that
problem."

"Then we'll both have a good time," she said between bites. While some
men acted tough and talked big, they were often boring in the furs.
J'ackt was the real deal, even if he clearly didn't have much
experience. He made up for it by being quite enthusiastic. Cosani
wondered if he might be... teachable.

They got to his weyr and he opened the door ushering her in. His weyr
was spartan, but clean and the bed was mounded with comfortable furs.
He kicked off his boots and turned to her, glancing down at the plate
she held in her hand.

She set it down on the closest available surface. It was almost empty
anyway. Sliding her arms around his neck, a little smile played on her
lips. "So, I think we should start with the table." She flicked a
glance toward it. "Hope it's sturdy."

"If it breaks, I get another one." His voice was husky as he picked
her up, his hands cupping her bottom as he carried her to the table.
