Tavia

Tavia

Sawauth arched her neck, hissing at the gathering males, they weren't good enough for her. Launching fast she called a challange.

Calodith's eyes whirlled with passion as he jumped off his ledge to fly after the rising green. }:She's rising! This is what I've been waiting for!:{X'amor's stomach lurched at the thought of his Calodith catching Tavia's Sawauth. It could drastically change their relationship.

There was no stopping it now, his blue was the first after her, and setting a steady pase so not to tire himself out chasing after the green's dizzying acrobatics. X'amor made his way to Tavia where other blue and brown riders were gathering as their dragons took to the sky.

}:Sawuath rises, I wish to chase:{ Damarith informed his rider.

**Well get me safely to the ground first.** Ny'n responded, as they were just returning to the Weyr. He jumped from his dragon's back and joined the riders gathering around Tavia as his brown bugled and entered the pursuit. Though starting at a deficit, Damarith proved strong in flight this day and soon overtook some of the other males. If he had the stamina to maintain the speed, he could very well overtake the proud green.

Ny'n found his dragon's drive far more than he remembered in the past.
Could this be because the time he had been spending with Tavia? Was this current longing, this desire raging within him, more than just dragon lust?
The rider shook his head. Now was not the time. Now he would focus only on the flight and embrace what was welling within himself and his dragon, not analyze it.

Sawuath flew higher, diving in front of an arrogent bronze forcing him to backwing. She snarled at him, warning him away for the time being. She easly evaded a young brown, overeager he'd made the wrong move and was now falling behind.

Calodith bugled his lust for the green as he moved in closer to her.
}:Be mine!:{ Hearing the blue's bugle, Damarith put all that he had into catching up.
He had outdistanced all but two of the vigorous male pursuants. Sawauth's enticing green form was ahead of him, but slightly below and to the right.
If he could just gain a few more dragon lengths before another male entwined with her he could dive to gain the extra bit of distance and the glowing green would be his.

Sawuath considered her stronesgt pursures with a glance. She barely knew the older brown, Damarith was intresting, but her rider's thoughts where often directed toward Calodith's rider. She folded her wings and dropped beside the blue, forgoing her usual choice of a brown mate.

Calodith waisted no time, knowing that his rider would be pleased, and that Sawauth was his, he wrapped his wings around her entwining himself with her.
