The wingsecond spotted Gaiya sitting alone after the evening meal and felt guilty about the way he's spoken to her. Granted it had been a while but he felt he should apologize. "Gaiya, may I sit with you?"
"Oh, bronzerider J'ren," Gaiya said, coming back from the daydream she had been losing herself in. "Ah, um. Sit? Yes, please sit."
He took the seat she offered. "I wanted to apoligze for the way I was acting last time we spoke."
"Ah, well, you know, I was sticking my nose in where it didn't belong, I guess," she smiled apologetically.
"Still I over reacted. Is there someway I could make it up to you?"
"Make it up to me?" Gaiya asked, almost wide eyed. Shards, what was on the bronzerider's mind? What would Ar'lis say?
"Dinner or something? If I was a crafter I'd offer to make you something but being a dragonrider is about it for me."
"Well, dragonriders can be good at things too... Maybe just not crafty type things..." **Knock it off, Gaiya,** she chided herself.
J'ren raised an eyebrow, what was the girl thinking. He wasn't sure he wanted to know.
"Maybe dinner in the dinning hall wouldn't be a bad idea." There, lots of people around. Maybe even Ar'lis. That's... safe...
"All right then, what would you like for dinner and what evening would work for you?"
Gaiya shrugged. "Surprise me."
"All right then." his mind already working out a meal.
"I'm looking forward to it," she said with what she hoped was not a flirtatious smile, though part of her was afraid it might be.
J'ren smiled back thinking to himself. **She's rather pretty, why havn't I noticed that before?**
"Right, well, I'll be looking forward to your surprise. I'd better go,"
**before I do something I would kinda regret... maybe only kinda though...**
"Good evening then Gaiya."
