Tippo Deserves Justice

Description: Mosler asks Thanja to help him investigate Tippo's death.

The Printer smiled as she saw the Dolphineer approaching. Since her swimming trip, she understood a lot more about how his craft worked.
It was refreshing in a way, to be able to broaden her horizons, and spread the knowledge around the Harper Hall.

"Thanks for meeting with me Thanja," Mosler started once he had gotten close enough, "and unofficially too."

"Not a problem. I got your message, it sounded, well 'interesting'."

Mosler frowned, "I don't know if I'd call it 'interesting'. One of my dolphineers were murdered while out on assignment."

Thanja wasn't sure if she'd heard right. "I could have sworn you just said murdered. Tell me you're joking, right?"

"I wish I was." he replied darkly as he began to explain. "His name was Tippo, and he was investigating possible illegal activities on one of the islands by Smooth Cove Hold. I received a letter from the holder informing me of his death last night. I refuse to believe the the two events could be unrelated."

"I see, that is a rather serious matter then." The joking tone was lost, and her manner became serious. "Has his family been informed?"

Mosler shook his head and shrugged, "I honestly don't know. I haven't sent word yet, but the holder might have. I was wanting to get the full story of what happened before I sent a letter up to the Northern Continent."

"Any idea on what that story is?"

"Well that's what I was hoping you might be able to help with." he explained with a sigh. "I was hoping that you might be able to look into some harper reports for me and tell me pretty much anything you can find out about illegal activities, vessels, trading in the area.
As well as illegal mines." he added at the end, making sure he caught her eye.

"It's not exactly my area, but I can check on what's come into the records here," she said after a moment. "I can also get word to the Harper stationed out there, ask him to keep an eye out for strange activities?"

Mosler nodded, he knew Thanja would be willing to help him. "Good.
Kouna and I are going to meet with the holder today, via dragon transport, and hopefully find out some more details. I might even get the dragonrider to agree to a look at this island."

"I hope things go okay for you, bad enough that one of your people has lost his life."

"I just hope we find out who is responsible for all this. Tippo deserves justice." he replied resolutely.

"I'll do my best to help make sure he gets it."
