"Hey, Sabri, here he comes!"
The circle of giggling riders swiftly took the last items off Sabri's tray and added them to their own, leaving her to stand up and stride purposefully over towards the food queue, hips swinging and shoulders back to emphasize her bust, just as N'vanik was entering the Dining Caverns.
The Weyrleader ended up right behind her in the queue, but he was lost in thought and didn't notice her. Should he be eating dinner down here again? Would she feel neglected if he didn't eat with her? Would she get so wrapped up in her work that she forgot to eat? Maybe he'd take something up for her when he was done...
"Hey, handsome," said Sabri, brushing her hair seductively to one side, "what's on your mind?" It momentarily occurred to her that she was probably disrespecting the Weyrleader or something, but word was that he didn't mind a bit of disrespect as long as you were competent and didn't make actual trouble.
His eyes focused and he looked down at her. "Plenty of things. Too much." He smiled a little. "What's your name?"
"Sabri," she purred, turning a little to ensure he got a good look. "I guess it's hard to relax when you're Weyrleader," she added with her best impression of sympathy and only the lightest implication on the word 'relax' that she might be able to help..
"It is," he agreed. "Sometimes I need a little help relaxing." She had some nice curves.
"I know some very relaxing things we could do," suggested Sabri, drawing out the 'very', and extending a hand subtly in the Weyrleader's direction to gauge his amenability to being 'accidentally' touched as she completes her suggestion. "After dinner, maybe. But I'm sure you're terribly busy. So any time you like."
"So you're willing to work around my schedule?" What a nice change, he thought bitterly. N'vanik leaned a little closer, not minding her touch at all.
"Naturally," replied Sabri in a faux-innocent voice, running a hand down N'vanik's arm and subtly moving into his personal space just slightly. "You'll find I'm _very flexible_," she breathed.
"I think after dinner will work just fine." Right now would work, too. But he knew he'd regret it if he didn't eat. He'd learned that lesson a long time ago.
"Then I guess I'd best get eating," she concluded triumphantly, licking her lips and deliberatly brushing against him as she picked up a tray. When she thought he was distracted selecting food, she turned and winked at the table of riders she'd come from.
N'vanik turned to her, just missing the wink. "How about we share a table?"
"I would be delighted to share whatever you want," replied Sabri seductively, picking up her now-laden tray.
"Ladies first." N'vanik smiled.
Sabri sashayed over to an unoccupied table and placed her tray down upon it in such a manner as to provide N'vanik with an ample view of her cleavage.
She didn't have to try so hard ... but he did enjoy the show. "So, Sabri, what do you do for fun?"
"People, mostly," she grinned wickedly. "I'm no tailor, but I like picking out clothes, and my friends tell me I'm an okay hairdresser." She began to eat slowly and carefully in a way designed to be suggestive of other, more private activities.
"Hmm," N'vanik mused as he finished a bite. "Into fashion, then?" He didn't plan to spend long eating, but he wasn't going to rush through it, either. Besides, with Sabri still putting on a show, the meal would be far from boring.
"Here and there," replied Sabri airily. "It's hard to find anything... special... outside of a Gather, though. It's like the holders think all that dragonriders want is dull practical stuff." She licked her lips delicately before taking another portion of food to nibble on suggestively.
The corner of N'vanik's mouth turned up. "Is there anything in your closet you might want to show me later?"
The greenrider wriggled delightedly, as if N'vanik had said something very pleasing. "I'm sure I can pick out a few... items that might... interest you," she purred.
N'vanik leaned closer. "My favorite are the kind you don't have to bother taking off." He grinned and took another bite.
"Well, won't _you_ be in for a happy surprise," promised Sabri, clearing some more of her plate with obvious delight and rather more licking of cutlery than entirely necessary.
"Unless you've seen me bathing Loseth in the nude, you will be too." His grin was wicked now.
Finally, Sabri finished her meal and neatly arranged the cutlery back on the plate. "Shall we?" she asked with a sparkle in her eyes.
"Absolutely." He stood up and went around the table to take her arm. "Lead the way."
Sabri proudly accepted the offered arm, stroking N'vanik's side as she slid her arm into his grasp, and fairly paraded the Weyrleader away in the direction of her weyr.
