Meledei stepped into the infirmary and looked around. It was pretty quiet and she was surprised there wasn't at least one other person waiting to be seen. Of course, Threadfall hadn't occurred in a few days and the rush from that had died down. Meledei shivered despite herself and pushed aside the thought of that horrible....thing. She smiled as a healer came into sight and she nodded politely as she greeted, "Hey Jozia."

Jozia smiled widely. "Well hello my dear goldrider. I haven't seen you in a while. What can I do for you? Have you an appointment?"

"Well, not really. I didn't need to get checked out." Meledei had never needed an appointment before, but Jozia didn't really know the reason why she was there. "I need some more of that pregnancy tea." The last thing she needed was to get pregnant - she wasn't ready for that yet.

He smiled as he motioned her toward a closet. "That I can get you. Lets see.." He disappeared into the closet a moment. The sounds of things clinking and boxes being moved. "Ah ha! here we are." He came out with a box. It was about the size of a flit. "How much would you like?"

"Whatever you can spare I guess. I can always come back for more. At least a month's worth those." Meledei didn't necessarily want to have to make the trip every week or anything. Of course, she didn't want to take it all either - plenty of riders used that tea.

He smiled. "I believe I can give you at least two month's worth. Just don't tell anyone." He winked at her. He handed her two packages. "I'm sure you know how to prepare it. So, I won't bore you with details."

"Thanks, and yes, I do know." She'd been doing it ever since she and F'gol had started practicing. Meledei slipped the packages into her pouch. "So how are things going? I haven't seen much of you since graduation and our assignments for chores stopped."

"well, been a bit lonely. Haven't found a pretty little lady to spend my nights with. Been helping my best friend through some rather hard times. His weyrmate lost a baby not so long ago and nearly lost her own life. It's been rather hard on him. Other then that been keeping busy here." He glanced around. He really needed to get a life.

"Oh wow, that's rough. I'm so sorry." Meledei hoped she never had to go through losing a baby. She honestly wan't sure how well she could handle it. Well, at the moment, she wouldn't have to worry about it, but when the time came...no, no reason to dwell on such things. She'd just have to take them as they come. "You should go to the Gather. Maybe you'll meet someone there."

"I may just do that. I haven't been to a gather quite some time. Thank you for the idea."

"You should suggest your friend and his weyrmate go too." Meledei suggested. Hopefully it would help and keep them from the trap of retreating from the world. "Might help distract them." She stated out loud.

"I will suggest going to them. Thank you. And you have a wonderful time. And to whomever you are getting into your furs, I hope he is honorable to you. Otherwise I shall come and teach him how to treat a lovely lady such as yourself." He smiled as he kissed her hand and winked at her.

"You are a tease." But Meledei didn't mind the kiss at all. Jozia was a friend. "And F'gol is treating me just fine, but I'll be sure to come to you if that changes!"

"He better." He said with a mock angry look. He then smiled, "Well, you know where to find me if you ever need me."

"Thanks Jozia. I appreciate that. I really do."
