Not Complicated (PG-17)

Description: Cosani spends the day with a bluerider friend, and he helps her gain some more experience and confidence.

Cosani

S'tenn slid from Lath's back after reaching for the basket he'd
strapped on behind him. The blue ducked into the warm waters of the
inlet to play. He scanned the skies but didn't see anyone yet so he
set about unpacking the basket and laying the blanket out on the warm
sand.

It was a beautiful day and the waters were warm or at least thats what
Lath thought. He shucked his leathers and most of his clothes before
running into the waters himself.

Shalith came out of /between/ and Cosani let out the breath she'd been
holding. She was still nervous about going to unfamiliar places, but
Shalith had assured her that the picture from Lath was clear. The
little island was just as beautiful as the mental image had been.
}:Lath is here.:{ Cosani looked around and spotted the blue in the
water.

**Let's go say hi.** Now Cosani was nervous for a very different
reason. They landed and she set her carrysack on the blanket S'tenn
had left and pulled off Shalith's straps so she could join Lath in the
water. She hesitated a moment before stripping down to her swimming
clothes and following her dragon.

Of course Lath knew they were coming before he did and happily
welcomed Shalith to play with him in the water.

"Hello" he called with a big smile. "The water's great."

Cosani swam over to him. "So do you come here a lot?" **With other
girls?** The thought wasn't judgmental, just curious.

"Now and then." he said. "Lath likes to play with dolphins and
sometimes pods show up here." He watched her treading water next to
him and thought again how lovely she was.

"It's beautiful. So is Dolphin Cove, but it's also crowded." She
avoided the beach nearby on restdays. Too many people.

"Yeah, thats why I like to come here. I've never seen anyone else,
it's very private." He could tell she was nervous, so was he for that
matter. "I brought some food if you're hungry."

"Not right now. I want to enjoy the water for a while." She leaned
back and made a few lazy strokes. She'd become a much better swimmer
since she Impressed.

"Alright" he said and rolled over on his back to stroke away toward
where the dragons played. He loved swimming and playing in the water
especially when the dolphins showed up.

They spent quite a while splashing and playing, but eventually Cosani
started to get tired. "I'm going to head back to the beach. I'd say
race you, but I don't think it would be much of a race."

He was having fun but was plenty ready to return to the beach. He
laughed at her quip and stayed with her rather than moving ahead and
as they reached the verge and stared walking out of the water he ran
to the blanked and collapsed "That was fun!" he said.

"Yeah." She sat down close to him. "Although my fingers look like
shriveled fruit." She held her hand out with a laugh.

He looked at hers first and then his own and held up his hand so she
could see the same effect. Then he reached into the bag to pull out
some water. "Want some water," he asked and reached back again for
some fruit and cheese that he pulled out and placed near her.

"Sure." She accepted a canteen from him with a smile. A little nervous
flutter sat in her stomach. They were out here all alone, and although
she'd known S'tenn for a while this was the first time they'd really
been alone.

Breaking off a piece of the hard yellow cheese he popped it into his
mouth and chewed. She seemed as nervous as a feline which he thought
was appropriate. She was sleek and beautiful. "I promise I'm not going
to push you." he said with all sincerity. "We have all the time we
need to get know each other Cosani." He offered her some of the
cheese."Lets just relax and talk." he laid down on his side and
propped his head up on his elbow.

She took the cheese and broke off a piece. "It's not my first time, you know."

He looked steadily at her as she chewed. "Mine either," he said, "But
there can be something special about someone new and _not_being under
the influence of flight lust."

"I hope you don't mean romantic special."

He quirked a half a smile at her wondering if she was that jaded
already. She seemed so young. "No," he shook his head. "I meant that
each person is unique/special, and just that newness can be fun to
explore." He really meant that. "But if you don't care about that at
all..." he let his voice and his meaning trail off into the crash of
the surf.

"I just wanted to make sure you weren't going to ... claim me, or
something." She picked at a piece of bread.

"Only for the afternoon," he grinned. He reached up and ran two
fingers up her thigh.

"Oh good. I like you and all, as a friend. And I want to have sex with
you, but I don't want that to make things all ... complicated." Cosani
found it easier to be direct.

His grin became even wider and his hand more possessive. He pulled her
to him "And that is one of the things that makes you special." he said
"Not complicated is good," he said.

The nervousness still coiled in her stomach. She had experience, but
not much. She decided the best way to chase away her nervousness was
with action, so she leaned up and kissed him.

He responded immediately his kiss deeping, the time for talking was
done. His need blended with her acceptance and his hands began to
explore those places she allowed.

Cosani's heart raced and she grew bolder. Not only did she let his
hands roam, she did some exploring of her own. The muscles of his body
felt good under her hands. "I'm still new to this," she murmured
against his lips. "Just don't laugh at me if I make a mistake." One of
her hands slipped lower on his body.

"No laughing" he agreed. He wasn't all that experienced himself but he
would never admit it to her. "Just let me know what you like." he said
as his kisses began traveling down her body. "Ohhh you like that." he
said after he hit a rather sensitive spot.

Her breath came faster. "Do it again."

He paid a great deal of attention to that spot and to its twin with
his lips and tongue before inspiration led him even further down her
body. He loved the way she moved and sounded it drove him to greater
efforts using her responses as his guide.

"Oh shards, that feels good. Try it here." She pointed out a spot even lower.

He smiled before he did just that.
