She came awake slowly feeling Liddith's satisfaction and general glow
where she lay twined with her bronze. **Bronze!** Pierka's eyes flew
open and she shifted them sideways at the man she lay next to. One of
his arms was draped over her head and the other around her waist.
She'd known this could happen but she'd wanted it to be E'ron so very
badly. She didn't quite know what to do.
She might want to thank her green later but for the moment she didn't
want him to wake up and hoped fervently she hadn't disappointed him.
Slowing turning her head she finally got a good look. **I'lan,** oh my
he was just so good looking! And to think that he... that she... oh it
was just too much. Pierka blushed.
Feeling her movement, I'lan decided it was time to officially 'wake up'.
He'd realised her inexperience when he found out it was a first flight that
was going on, and he really hoped he hadn't hurt her in any way.
"Are you okay?" he asked gently after a moment, "I, I didn't hurt you did
I?"
She blinked when he opened his eyes and shifted hers away doubly
embarrassed for being caught staring. "I'm ok," she said, even though
she was a little uncomfortable down there. He was a big man and she
was... well wasn't big.
"Are you sure?" I'lan tried to make sure he was gentle. "If you need me to
take you to the healer, just say."
She moved her legs and hips just to make sure and felt a few
unfamiliar twinges. "I'm sure I'll be fine," she said after a moment.
He was certainly being nice about the whole thing.
"It was a very good flight, Liddith flew well. Naath had to work hard to
catch her."
Pierka flushed with pleasure at the praise. "She's happy. Even if she
did make a mistake," she couldn't really speak much above a whisper.
I'lan was so much nicer than she'd expected. Even though her heart
still wanted someone else, This was a very nice outcome even if she
was a little sore.
"A mistake?" I'lan felt like he had every reason to question that. The
dragons flew and their riders had no choice in the matter.
"Oh!" Blood infused her face again. "I didn't mean it that way. I mean
she was trying to dodge a blue and ended dodging right into Naath's
clutches." She tried to smile but the corner of her mouth trembled a
little. Why was she so darn nervous around bronze riders anyway!
Her blush was kind of cute. He had to admit that. "And that wasn't so bad,
was it?"
Her eyes kind of rolled sideways away from his intense gaze "No," she
said in a small voice. "It was very nice."
"And it still could be," he suggested softly, reaching out to gently caress
her as leftover dragonlust washed over him.
She let out a soft sigh at the way his hands moved over her. She
didn't really have all that much experience, well practically none to
speak of, and what she had was with someone who was just as
inexperienced as she. There was nothing that could have prepared her
for someone with I'lan's experience. More than that his suggestion
helped her let go of the last of her regret for the way her first
flight had ended.
She smiled softly and closed her eyes "Yes," was all she replied.
He lowered his lips to her, starting with a gentle kiss, even as his hands
began to explore.
