Reports for Dolphin Hall

October 1st 2008

In the third sevenday of m11 journeywoman Trellyn goes to Leisenn to discuss the disposition of the eggs clutched by her gold firelizard, Carry, and is surprised by the arrangement the Hallmaster makes. Later in the month Swift and Kateena discuss her light duties in the wake of the scares with her health during her pregnancy. Kateena promises to be careful though she is getting very bored.

The first day of m12 is a busy one at the Hall with the Hallmaster Leisenn interviewing the Master of Apprentices, Mahantan, about her thoughts on his role at the Hall and some issues she has already identified with the apprentices.

Later that day journeyman Ephron reports to Mahantan that Alydelle has missed her classes and Mahantan sets out to find the girl and is led to her by the dolphins. He realises what has happened to her and brings her back to the Hall.

Also early in the first sevenday apprentice Seriand and Westni meet on the wharf. Naturally she is working and he is ... not.

We have plans for the Dolphin Hall Turns End celebrations - or more correctly plans for the Turns Beginning ones. We're going out on the water of our beautiful bay. In little row boats and on rafts. On whatever the Pern equivalent of a surfboard is. Or just in the water for those fit and active dolphineers who are comfortable with that. We'll be with our dolphins, waiting to celebrate the dawn of the beginning of a new Turn.

And afterwards there will be a massive breakfast served as a beach picnic.

Please check the Dolphin Hall area on the forum for more details.
