Physical Description of Persona:
Toriat is the average male height, with boots on. He seems to have peaked out at 5'4", a short slender boy, only weighing 134. His muddy brown hair, which has a shine that rivals females, frames his face, drifts into his deep brown eyes and would fall past his shoulders if it were not held back by an ornate leather thong. His clothing tends to be a small cut above his peers because of his tanner craft skills. He does have some minor scars and blemishes, also because of his craft. Now add a twinkle to his eye, a quirk to his lip, and very erect carriage, and that typical Toriat.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Toriat is very sharp. He notes everything he sees and hears, filing it away. Rather then putting his clever memory to use advancing faster, he sees it as an opportunity for more leisure time. When he was younger he persistantly kept a low profile, getting in a minimal amount of mischief, making it a point not to stand out. People get noisy if you stand out. But as he's gotten older, sometimes he likes to encourage certain people to be noisy.

History of Persona:
Toriat grew up at Opal Cove hold. His father, Tobyrn has been a journeyman beastcrafter for some time there. He is the oldest of four children by Tobyrn and his mother Ariathal. Although he had nothing to lack during his childhood, Tobriat somewhat suspects his father was not entirely happy with him. First, when he was younger, for his lack of stature, then later when he showed no interest in heardbeasts. When Toriat reached an apprenticable age, he wasn't quite ready to leave his family yet, being fond of his younger siblings Aryn and Tathel, so he apprenticed to the other craft hall in the vicinity, the tanner craft. Around the time Toriat was graduating to a senior apprenticeship Thread began to fall. At this time was when he began to withdraw. Not unhealthily so, but he becamer more private, keeping to himself in free moments, quieter. Perhaps he was growing up, perhaps the world had become a much more dangerous place, or perhaps his life was finally coming into focus, as more then just living.

While he was concluding his apprenticeship his sister Aryn was searched for Dragonsfall Weyr. She did not Impress and continues on as a candidate, and beginning an apprenticeship as a weaver. Toriat is very proud of his sister and tries to visit her as he can.

To Toriat's suprise, less then a year after walking the tables he was searched for another clutch hardening at Dragonsfall Weyr. He awaits the hatching, continuing his journeymanship at the Weyr.
