Emotional Description of Persona:
Lymria gives the first impression of being gentle, quiet and shy. Underneath the apparent shyness however, is a shrewd trader-gal who can haggle off your shirt. She has a certain ruthless practicality in her and her childhood in trader caravan has given her solid confidence in her abilites. She's not easily scared or intimitated. Lymria likes people and being surrounded with people. She knows how to get along with different types and makes friends easily. She has what her grandmother calls a healer's touch: ability to make people around her relaxed and cared. She has some unoffical training in healing, she is good with animals and cooks well. She often down plays her talents, to appear modest. She suffers from feelings of guilt.

History of Persona:
Born to a large trader-family, Lymria had a normal trader brat's childhood: constanty on the move, learning to ride before walking. She sucked in business making with her mother's milk and learned to live off from the land and endure harsh weather and dangers of the road. Her motherside grandmother was a master healer from pre-plague era and taught Lymria some basic healing.

When she reached the marriageable age, her father married her off to a old trading partner of his. Omagi was a middle-aged, widowed beastholder who owned a sizeable and profitable ovine-hold. He also had three grown sons, who weren't partically happy about their new step-mom. Omagi's hold was located in Amethyst Cliff Hold's mountain region and was fairly isolated.

Lymria soon discovered that isolated hold life was not for her: she missed people around her, the feeling of being part of tightknit community. She wasn't happy. Omagi was good husband, but too old and Lymria found him boring. Lymria never had any deep feelings towards him. Lymria soon became pregnant after her wedding, but the first baby miscarried. Her second pregnancy few turns later went better and she gave birth to her son, Omrian. Only few months after Omrian's birth, Lymria's life changed again. Her husband went to look for some lost sheeps during a stormy evening and never returned. Next morning, worried Lymria alerted her step-sons and underlings and they set out search parties. Omagi was found dead day later. He had fallen into a deep ravine.Fatally injured, he died before he was found.

Lymria wasn't overcome with the grief but she did feel guilty. If only she had sent the search-parties out earlier! Soon as Omagi was buried, his sons started to argue who inherits the hold. He had died without naming a heir.

Lymria decided to leave the mountain hold and find something to do with her life. She suggested her step-sons that they could buy her son's share of the inheritage. They were quick to agree, worried that she might demand the holding for her son. Loaded with a fat pouch of marks, she and her baby moved to Amethyst Cliff hold to find a new life.

She may not win any speed or beauty races but she'll outlast any holdbred runner on long distance. She's been Lymria's faithful companion since she was foaled.
