Physical Description of Persona:
Wellinna stands at about five feet, nine inches and is a sturdy, imposing woman. Her hair is dark auburn, shot with silver and her eyes are grey. Despite her advancing years, only a few wrinkles have dared to invade the skin of her face, most of them frown lines. She has a heart-shaped face with wide cheekbones and a pointed chin. Her nose is straight and narrow, which makes her eyes appear over-large.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Wellinna is as imposing as she appears. She has worked as a Headwoman for many turns now and has very strict ideas of what is right and what is wrong, both in the running of a holding and in the running of one's life. Her very hidebound sense of propriety is not at all flustered by the fact that she has her own husband firmly under her thumb, of course.

She does not tolerate impropriety in her workers and makes her disapproval of it in her superiors known in clear, though indirect ways.

History of Persona:
Wellinna was born to a medium sized small hold within Emerald Falls territory. She became an assistant to the Headwoman there shortly after marrying and her dedication and hard work paid off when the Headwoman retired, and she was offered the position several turns
later.

She ran the holding efficiently and well, gaining a reputation of being strict but fair so long as her workers maintained the level of effort and decorum she expected.

She has birthed and raised four children. One of whom was Searched as a boy and whom she does not converse with. The other three, all daughters, have all gotten married and begun having children of their own.

She'd long hoped to move up to the position of Headwoman at the Hold proper of Emerald Falls and as soon as her oldest daughter was married, Wellinna began training her as an assistant with the goal in mind that she might take her place one day.

Finally, after turns of waiting, she heard there was an opening and wrote to the Lady Holder immediately, requesting an interview for the position.
