Physical Description of Persona:
Standing at 5ft 4in, one would think he would moan about his being short, but this boy does the reverse. He's petite, almost fragile looking but is stronger than he looks. His light brown hair has gentle curls all over his head but he keeps it short and the tips sun-bleach easily. Midnight blue eyes stare out in complete innocence. Small nose and ears make him seem more feminine than masculine. But his mouth is bigger with full kissable lips and he uses them quite often!

Emotional Description of Persona:
Innocent? Yea, right. He's a small, adorable, fun-loving scamp. His libido rivals that of the lustiest greenrider. Any way he can get it, he will, finding sex with anyone is fine with him. Nothing fazes this kid. Getting yelled at one moment and then kissed the next ... it's all relative to him. The only time he gets sad is ... well, never ^_^

He is an amazingly loyal friend and will fuss over anyone hurt, sick or just plain in a bad mood. He'll stick up for anyone who's being picked on, even if the bully is bigger than him ... which they often are.

History of Persona:
Hold born from Amber Hills Hold, Daret was on his way to being a weaver like his father, Braret until he was Searched at the age of 12. He'd had a typical childhood, playing with friends, tromping through the tall grasses of the plains in search of weird creatures or interesting treasures. He hadn't a care in the world. Then his mother, Darisa died when he was 6 turns old and he can no longer remember her.

That very first sex lecture at the Weyr had him so shocked that he unwillingly agreed to sleep with another boy to gain the experience. Did that ever open a new world! Since then, he's been grateful to be left standing after each hatching because he knew he couldn't forego the pleasures during the required growing turns of a dragonet. But one of these days, he knew he'd have a dragon of his own and it was no surprise that it was a green he hoped for most of all.

Over the many turns at the Weyr, Daret got to know a lot of people. He'd recently met Jykri and the boys eagerness in learning about Weyr life brought them very close but Daret didn't realize he'd fallen in love. He only knew that Jykri was his best friend. Before he could realize it, they both impressed!

Description of Dragon:
Pale green, the color of grass near the roots, she is small like most of her sisters, the dainty shape of her head is her most unusual feature.

Petrith is afraid of nearly everything. Some think she's just shy but D'ret knows better. Overcoming her fear was going to be the major challenge during weyrlinghood.
