Figol listened at the door of the harper office, but didn't hear any singing or playing coming from the other side. He rapped on the heavy door, and then again, and then when he still heard nothing he inched open the door and stuck his head in. "Hello? I've a package to deliver." Dirwol looked up from his work. His eyes were tired and hi looked as if he had fallen asleep. "Sorry, must have fallen asleep. Come on in." He smiled as he motioned him in.

"No problem." the apprentice said with a shrug as he pushed past the door and entered the office. "What can I do for you?"

Figol held up a small package. It wasn't much, but since he didn't know what was in it, it was very interesting to him. "It's from Master Curion." "Ah, I had been waiting for that." He smiled softly. "Go ahead and put it there on the table. I know most of those around the hall, but I don't believe I have had the privilege of meeting you. I'm Journeyman Dirwol."

He did as he was instructed, and had to tell himself that the contents of the box probably weren't _that_ interesting. "Apprentice Figol." "So, tell me a bit about yourself. If you have the time?" He smiled gently. He liked to learn about those he met. Though just as he asked his flits decided to join him. Treasure landed on his shoulder and looked up at the apprentice.

A journeyman was interested in him? He didn't know if that was a good thing or not... "Well I'm from the Harper Hall, and I specialize in guitar. I'm a fair singer too since my voice settled." "Hmmm... What do you like to do most?" He asked He liked composing the most... but he hardly ever told anyone about that, so he gave his second favorite. "I do enjoy playing my guitar, and my guitar master told me that he was thinking about placing me with a group, so that would be very fun." "Competent players are a good find. I'm sure you will find it quite enjoyable." He smiled softly. "Do you have time to sit a spell. I could use someone to practice with. I play the harp most."

"Really? Okay." Figol said with a grin. He didn't get the chance to practice with journeymen very often, and he'd never been _asked_ by one before. "Um, what do you want me to use?" he didn't presume to take the one he saw on the wall, it was probably a special one. "Go ahead and grab that one up there. It was one of my first. It's not the best but it should do." He was modest. There was nothing wrong with the one on the wall.

The inches he had grown in the last turn gave him just enough height to reach it. He gave it a once over and then tightened the strings and started to tune it. "Nice sound." he complimented. "Thank you. It has seen me through when I needed it." he smiled as he passed Figol a sheet of music. "This is the one I've been working on. It has quite a few flourishes and fancy fingering."

Figol flipped through it, at first afraid it would be too hard, but he soon realized that on the whole he would be able to play it fairly well. "It looks fun, I'll give it a go if you don't mind a few misses." "Not a problem." He smiled as they set to playing the song. It was nice to have someone to play with , if only for a little while.
