Physical Description of Persona:
Standing tall for her age, and built wide and strong with it, Vasha could be mistaken for an older girl from the back. Her young-featured round face, large blue eyes and unruly brown hair tend to give the game away, however. She's the kind of nutty brown that you can't quite tell if she was born with or whether she's spent too long in the sun, although the eyes would suggest the latter.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Vasha is a relentlessly optimistic child, always certain that everything she tries will succeed and everything will turn out for the best, despite any evidence to the contrary. This gives her a sunny disposition, but also a tendency towards pushiness and willful behavior, as obviously she is right and other people might well be wrong.

History of Persona:
Born to a greenrider (who found that she didn't have time to think about a child in the rush to prepare for Thread), fathered by not exactly the brightest kitchen drudge in the world, Vasha was swiftly fostered within the Weyr. Being an independent sort, she was not the most obedient of foster children, but this mostly manifested itself in aggressive helpfulness, especially to the healers (of all varieties).

Vasha spends a lot of time exploring the Weyr when she can't find anything else of use to do, and has something of a reputation for being able to find obscure caches of supplies that everyone else had forgotten about or was too busy to run off and dig out. In the last couple of years she has developed a particular fascination with injured dragons, and has taken to helping out the dragonhealers (fetching and carrying, mostly) as much as she can, so much so that she's recently been formally accepted as an apprentice.

She understands that she'll never be a real dragonhealer without a dragon of her own to speak to the patients, so she's standing at the current Hatching.

Creature's hide is a brilliant grassy green. The tiny creature is not yet very outgoing, and her favourite occupations are sleeping and eating in about that order.
